Fall Inspiration Board

In a previous post, I mentioned the gaining popularity and practicality of inspiration boards. I was delighted this week when a bride sent me one along with her design questionnaire! Sarah is planning a fall wedding with a non-traditional but stunning color scheme of navy, sangria, pistachio and orange. The design proofs were finished today so I can't share them just yet. Vegan Treats

Nothing tastes better than a dessert with an ethical flavor! Over the weekend while traveling around, I made a stop at Vegan Treats in Bethlehem. I found out about the amazing vegan bakery online. Motivated by the ethical treatment of animals, all of Danielle Konya's baked goods are free of animal products and soy based. They also contain 30 percent less fat than regular sweets! Typeface Persona

Choosing a typeface or font for any design involves careful consideration. Typefaces can serve as your personality on paper and evoke a response from its viewer.

When creating a design, one of the first questions I ask is what the tone of your event will be. Once I know whether the event is elegant, romantic, casual, flirty, fun, vintage, etc., I select typefaces that will communicate those feelings.
