Taryn & Justin's Save-the-Dates

I'm elated when I see friends of mine falling in love and getting married! And, I'm honored when they ask me to design for them! Taryn is a long-time friend of mine that I first met while being a camp counselor at Wesley Forest. She actually became engaged right after camp this year! Taryn wanted the design to feel cheery and Spring-like with bright pinks and yellows. I love how they turned out! Thank you Taryn and congrats to you and Justin!!

I'm brainstorming and gathering old designs in hopes of winning one of their prizes or possibly the opportunity to have my work sold on their website! The submission period runs until Oct. 22. The voting bar, on the right of side my blog, shows the latest design I've submitted. I'll keep you posted on when voting begins!

One more week!

One more week until the first, hopefully annual, Rock the Dress event! Danielle of Treasured Images Photography has been hard at work organizing the day along with the support of many local businesses. Please check out the website for more information and consider joining us to raise money for the Evangelical Community Hospital's Thyra M. Humphrey's Center for Breast Health.

Here are some shirts I picked up from MB Marketing and Communications. They were donated by Stacey Butler of State Farm Insurance and MB M&C. They will be sold at the event for a $10 donation!

Hope to see you there! Sunday, September 26, 2010 from 1 to 4 at the Priestley-Savidge House, Northumberland, Pa.

Lacey & Geno's Winter Wedding Invites

Not too long ago I designed Lacey and Geno's save-the-date magnets. And now, I'm excited to share their recently printed wedding invitations! The couple are taking a rustic and elegant approach to the winter wedding theme. I'm sure their day will be stunning!

On a side note, Lacey will be volunteering at the Rock the Dress event in two weeks at the Priestley-Savidge House. Please join us for a fun afternoon as we raise money for the fight against breast cancer!
