Megan's 1st Anniversary Surprise

A couple of months ago I received an email from Brent, the husband of one my bride's.  He wanted to surprise his wife with a gift for their first anniversary and asked if I would create stationery to match the wedding invitations I designed for them. (A perfect gift since the traditional first wedding anniversary gift is paper.)  I thought this was such a sweet and creative gift idea! It was a lot of fun working on this project and I was pleased to read an email from Megan this morning about how much she loved them!  Thank you Brent for the great idea. I would love to do this for more couples!

The handmade box included:
10 folded thank you cards
10 note card
25 envelopes (10 with return address printed on flap)
30 return address labels
20 monogram seals
1 sticky note pad

Brainy By Five logo

Back in April I entered a logo design contest sponsored by The Early Care and Education Coalition of Northumberland County. The organization created a website to aid parents, families, teachers and community members in preparing all young children, ages birth to five, for success in school and in life. All they needed was a logo to fit. Even though I no longer live in the area I still want to stay connected. I entered and to my surprise they chose my design!

I've had the privilege of interning and working for different non-profit agencies and I absolutely loved it. If you know of a non-profit organization in need of design help please pass along my information I am more than happy to provide my services pro-bono.

Heather & Jesse's Wedding Details

Heather and Jesse celebrated their nuptials at the Hotel Hershey almost two weeks ago. The awesome Frank King of Frank King Photography just provided me with some shots of the wedding details I designed! The couple continued the travel theme with a flight departure seating chart which sent guests to destination tables. Instead of table numbers, postcards were designed using some of Heather and Jesse's personal travel photos.  Thank you Heather and Jesse! I had so much fun designing all of your wedding details!

Michelle & Matthew's Wedding Invitations

Michelle contacted me a few months ago to design all of her and her fiance's wedding details starting with the invitations. The couple wanted to incorporate scroll elements that included the letter "K" (for the last name the will soon be sharing). The invitation is finished with a matching blue mat. Love the clean and classic look of these. Thanks Michelle!
