Mackenzie & Michael's Wedding Day Details

I wanted to share some wedding details from one of my summer couples, Mackenzie and Michael.  (You may remember their wedding invitations.) The couple celebrated their marriage at one of my favorite venue's, the Barn at Boone's Dam in Bloomsburg. One of their wedding details I enjoyed designing most was the favor cards. In lieu of favors, the couple made donations to two of their favorite charities: The Harrisburg Humane Society and C.O.P.S. (Concerns of Police Survivors Fund). I think that's probably the best wedding favor you could give to guests! Enjoy!

Jaclyn & Matthew's Wedding Details

As much as I love creating novel wedding designs, I still love developing classic looks.  I've been working all year with Jaclyn and Matthew on their wedding stationery. Jaclyn's parents gifted the ice cream bar to the Penn State alumi at their wedding reception. I was secretly contracted to create the flavors sign.

Mackenzie & Michael's Lovebird Invitations

Mackenzie & Michael will be celebrating their wedding day at the rustic Barn at Boone's Dam. I love that the barn, built in 1851, was re-purposed for special events! The barn has a vintage feel to it so  Mackenzie wanted a simple and elegant design that followed suit. An extra touch, that may be hard to notice in the photos, is the metallic plum pocketfolder; it shimmers in the sunlight!

 Jaclyn and Matthew are another lovely couple allowing me to design all of their wedding details. We started with their save-the-date magnets. Now, it's time to reveal their wedding invitations! We pulled design elements from the save-the-dates and added a vintage floral design around the invitation's border.  Perfect!

Becky and Matthew's Save-the-Date Magnets

Part of the fun of what I do is connecting or re-connecting with many different people. Becky and I know each other from being in the flute line together in high school. It was great to see her again at the Susquehanna Valley Bridal Show last year and I'm thrilled to be designing for her wedding! Becky and Matt's wedding day style will be "Vintage Country Chic" and will go perfect with their wedding at the very country chic Barn at Boone's Dam in Bloomsburg!

Jaclyn & Matthew's Save-the-Date Magnets

Jaclyn pictures her and Matthew's upcoming wedding as formal and romantic but with a "fun, vintage pop." The style will work great at the couple's charming reception location, The Barn at Boone's Dam (Bloomsburg, Pa.). Here are Jaclyn and Matthew's recently printed save-the-dates. Jaclyn plans to use lanterns as part of her wedding decor so we included them into the design. We also incorporated the barn detail in the magnet background.
